The staff are very polite and friendly.

Mosquitos in the lobby! I got bit so many times :o( the internet is very poor on higher floors so you have to go to the lobby for wifi and deal with those silent mosquitos!

The express suite had excellent views of the city's skyline. Location is equidistant from both the airports and the hotel staff was very friendly.

The room should have more ceiling lights.

It was a cozy, clean hotel. I liked the view from our room.

Wifi cut in and out. The front desk can hardly communicate in English. Being a 4 star hotel I expected more. When asking about local cuisine it seemed like everyone just directed us to Asiatique when there were clearly restaurants in walking distance.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, very nice to deal with.

The bathroom smells bad, a pungent smell of the sewer. On our second night, the stink in the room was unbearable and kept us up all night.

I noticed some disrepair on the outside of the building that looks kind of funky, but it didn’t matter because of the staff quality of service. There was so good. They just need to clean that spot and patch the concrete.

I love how it felt big and open in the water. There was so clean the tapwater that I showered with is the nicest water since I’ve been here

The view is amazing. The beds are perfect. The staff is doing everything to make you confortable they dd more than other hotels ever did.

The reception staff is very rude and act like they are doing a favour on us , very bad mannered , didn't help with anything at all , very disappointing.

The staff is very attentive with the customers, they are all smiling and pleasant, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Strongly recommend

The views from our room were stunning.

The air-conditioning in our room was not working but luckily, the Front Desk changed us to a new room quickly. However, the light switch in our new room wasn't working and we couldn't advise the staff because the phone wasn't working either, so we had to take away the light bulb in the middle of the night. Also, every night there was a loud noise coming from outside in the evening until past midnight, which was annoying. In general, the instalations are very old and it didn't feel like a 5* hotel. The water in the swimming pool was freezing, you cannot get it. The value for money was good, though.

Photos in booking of the hotel rooms and facilities doesn’t reflect the reality. Beds are uncomfortable, toilets are not clean , room itself was very noisy because of some nightclub somewhere near the hotel ( although my room was in a very high floor) . No phone signal at all I the room , I had to take the elevator down to the lobby to be able to make calls . Was really a horrible experience. I had to check out two nights early coz it was really difficult to stay there . Also staff were rude except one only was in the evening shift.

Clean, has a convenience store in front of the property, the staff were accomodating and good value for money. The hotel pool had a stunning view of the city.

Hotel was far from the BTS (train station).

Very clean and comfortable, the personal is helpful and polite. The location is pretty good and the hotel has a parking: it was very important for us as for car travelers. There is a 7-eleven nearby and couple of local cafes so even if your check-in is late you can find some food out there.

I stay floor 24 so it was a nice view.

I think receptionist staffs need to be trained how professional way as a real reception. And they are not friendly every time u need help about local info. ( specially a girl work like a reception, she is so rude the way she did asked me.Most staffs can't speak English except the manager and one friendly guy reception at night shift.For me, this is not 5 star hotel, no mini bar in the room, old TV and only local Thai channel without English. The bed is big but it really hard.Some chairs at swimming is broken and leave there without notes. Generally it is alot failure of 5 or 4 stars standard. Especially most staffs FOH including receptions hasn't trained well for theirs job, not professional, the way reception discussed is not clearly....sorry to say that but it is the true, I hope your staffs upgrade level of training at least about hospitality industry, we pay not cheap and of course we want a good service ,but it wasn't...

There’s nothing to like about the property, it was awful. Especially the ambiance of the room. Poor lighting condition, and the room telephone was not working so we had to dial the hotel reception from our phone

Excellent value for money given we were staying in Bangkok. The views were amazing also.

Smell of vomit in one of the elevators on one of the nights we stayed. However, it was soon cleaned up. Also, the hot water in the shower did not work, but as it was so hot and humid, we didnt bother to notify the hotel staff. Also, not keen on the breakfast. Sorry, choices too limited.

Nothing good. Not comfortable! Not clean and tiny enough! The breakfast is expensive but salty for most of cuisines.
